Leni Woo founded Kai Woo in 2018. She observed directly on the production floor how a poorly executed product could both affect sales and brand power.

Whether it was poor communication, dubious choice of partners at every step or lack of the proper quality and delivery process, she knew she could do it better. On top of this, she saw the traceability and responsibility of each product coming and knew this needed to be incorporated into every product.

Consequently, she has become part of the success of products and brands like Canyon Bicycles, Troy Lee Designs. Pedal Mafia and others.

Leni lives in Taichung, Taiwan and is multicultural and totally fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese plus Taiwanese. She quickly takes away the “mystery” of product creation and sourcing in Asia. She uses her proximity and ability to be in-person with all the development partners to the advantage of all her partner brands.
